Congratulations on your acceptance to Manhattan College! This year’s applicant pool for the class of 2016 is shaping up to be one of the most impressive in Manhattan College’s history. We look forward to welcoming our new freshmen class to campus later this year.

Pay your deposit now online via credit card or e-check, or mail in a check to:

If you submit your deposit online, housing questionaires and matriculation cards can be mailed directly to the admissions office.

PLEASE NOTE: All matriculation deposits are non-refundable. 

 


 

Next Steps To Take

To secure your place in the Class of 2016, you will need to:

1) Submit your FAFSA form

  • Deadline for need-based financial aid consideration is March 15th.
  • Students must file a FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid from Manhattan College. 
  • An online version of the form can be found at www.fafsa.ed.gov. 
  • In order for Manhattan College to receive your information, you must provide our school code: 002758.

2) Download and complete your housing questionnaire

3) Submit your enrollment paperwork by May 1

  • Complete the matriculation card.
  • Submit your enrollment deposit.
  • Submit housing questionnaire if you need on-campus housing.

  • May 1: DEADLINE: Enrollment card, deposit and housing questionnaire due
  • June 14-15: Freshman Orientation 1
  • June 21-22: Freshman Orientation 2
  • June 28-29: Freshman Orientation 3
  • August 23-24: Freshman Orientation 4
  • August 25: Freshman Move-In
  • August 27: First Day of Classes

Orientation 2012

We ask all of our new students to attend one of the mandatory orientation sessions. Orientation is an important event where students will obtain their class schedule and meet with key players on campus to help get acclimated with Manhattan College. Learn more about orientation »

Orientation information will be mailed out in April to new students who have submitted their deposit. Students must submit their enrollment deposit in order to receive orientation registration information. 

Keep these dates in mind, you will have to attend one mandatory session:

  • Freshman Orientation 1: June 14-15
  • Freshman Orientation 2: June 21-22
  • Freshman Orientation 3: June 28-29
  • Freshman Orientation 4: August 23-24 (this session is typically reserved for students who are traveling a great distance)

Arches Learning-Living Community

The Arches is a unique learning-living community designed to assist first-year students with their academic and social transition to Manhattan College and New York City. Accepted students who have made their enrollment deposit are eligible to apply.
